Located next to Surya Villas, Palki Bar features Meena Bazaar - typical Jaipur shopping bazaar having Grain writer, Juti wala, Puppet Show, Fire thrower, Kalbeliya , Ghoomar dance and much more.

This 45 seat traditional bar is an exclusive venue for in-house guests. As the name suggests ,the bar is a Palki set up-a carriage, painstakingly made of wood and decorated with fine stones, intricate carving and adorned with fresh flowers and garlands taking you into the real Rajasthan culture. This bar is open from 7.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m and is ideal for a light snack or drink while lounging around the pool, as a relaxing pause from the pool's refreshing waters, or the cascading water of the fountain.

Carefully chosen spices and herbs come together in numerous delicacies both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. One needs to look at the Menu to appreciate the versatility of traditions that stir up one's taste buds and leave a lingering taste in one's mouth
